Just inside the main entrance of Bozeman High School, the Bozeman School District Hall of Honor has 5 new leaves attached to the beautiful bronze tree sculpure in the display. Each new leaf is inscribed with the name of one of the 2012 award winners. The tree will continue to fill out as leaves honoring future winners are added in ensuing years.
Next to the sculpture is a video touch screen, designed as a "digital museum" where historical photos can be viewed. Bozeman schools, individuals portraits, as well as graduation classes dating back to 1894 (the first class ever with six students donning Victorian dress), are available for viewing. Videos are accessible too, with segments of football games from 1963, recent Hawk TV highlights, as well as previous years' Hall of Honor photos and biographies.
The Hall of Honor, along with the digital museum, make a beautiful display honoring Hawks alumni and other worthy awardees. You are welcome to visit the display during regular school office hours, M-F, 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Please be sure to check in at the main office prior to visiting the display.
